HR Coordinator in Zurich

Limited Contract

A respected international financial client is seeking an HR Coordinator for a job opportunity in Zurich. This established investment financial institution is growing revenue and increasing market share, with growth driven by worldwide investment solutions.

This company is currently looking for an HR Coordinator to support their administrative tasks and other members of the HR team in daily tasks. The scope of responsibilities in this role includes overseeing contracts, onboarding, offboarding as well as ensuring smooth internal processes and maintenance of all the employee data.

Essential skills required for this HR Coordinator role:
  • Previous experience in a similar position,
  • Knowledge of HR regulations and processes,
  • IT skills, preferably in the HR space (Abacus / Workday / Sap HR),
  • Fluent in both German and English,
  • Previous experience working in financial industry is an asset.
