Business Analyst - Compliance/Regulatory with profound Datamodelling knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- University degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics
- 5+ years' background in the financial industry in international IT programs or projects within the Regulatory/Compliance/Client Relationship Management environment
- Expertise in Project Management Methodologies, including Agile as well as Compliance processes and Datamodelling
- Change Management experience in driving organisational changes in an international setup with attention to oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities
- MAS in Requirement Engineering or in Business Analysis or else Business Analysis Certifications, such as IIBA, PBA PMI
- Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Performing Requirement Engineering with various stakeholders from business and IT
- Analysing and clustering of IT applications in collaboration with IT stakeholders/Service Owners and prioritising implementation roadmap
- Extracting, analysing and documenting detailed business requirements as well as delivering requirements components, including features list, business specification, test cases and business process documentation
- Cooperating with Solution Architects and Central Architecture to develop Erasure Solution Blueprint, Guidelines and Standards
- Liaising with different departments and locations for gap-assessments in current processes
- Working together with Project Manager to develop roadmap as well as define and track work packages
- Ensuring support, coordination and execution of trainings and testings with different stakeholders as well as deputy for the project leader in his absence
