Your tasks
Requirement Engineering with various stakeholders from business (e.g. Legal, DPO, HR) and IT
Analysis and clustering of IT applications with IT stakeholders (Service Owners) for prioritized implementation roadmap
Elicitation, analysis and documentation of detailed business requirements
Delivery of requirements artifacts (features list, business specification, test cases, business process documentation)
Close collaboration with Solution Architect and Central Architecture to develop Guidelines and Standards
Interviews with various departments / locations for gap assessments in current processes
Close collaboration with Project Manager to develop roadmap and define and track work packages
Support, coordination & execution of trainings & testings with different stakeholders as well as deputy for the project leader in his absence
Your skills
Higher university degree in computer science / business informatics
5+ years of experience in global/international IT programs / projects within the financial industry sector (regulatory environment)
MAS Requirement Engineering or Business Analysis or Business Analysis Certification (IIBA, PBA PMI or equivalent)
Financial industry background (preferably within the Compliance / Client Relationship Management sector)
In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (including agile methodologies)
In-depth knowledge of Compliance processes
Strong knowledge in data modeling
Customer focus skills and great attention to the details
Change management experience in driving organizational changes (international setup) taking full account of oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities
Target oriented and solution driven
Very good communication skills
