A Swiss private Bank is looking for a business Analyst who play a key role between the business stakeholder and the IT. The candidate act as a translator of business needs and driver for the implementation of the business requirements.Start Date: asap

Tasks:
·You are responsible for the Requirement Engineering with various stakeholders from business (e.g. Legal, DPO, HR) and IT.
· Moreover you take over the Analysis and clustering of IT applications with IT stakeholders (Service Owners) for prioritized implementation roadmap.
· You make the elicitation, analysis and documentation of detailed business requirements.
· Moreover you take over the delivery of requirements artifacts (features list, business specification, test cases, business process documentation)
· You work in close collaboration with Solution Architect and Central Architecture to develop Erasure Solution Blueprint, Guidelines and Standards.
· Furthermore you lead the interviews with various departments/locations for gapassessments in current processes.
· You work in close collaboration with Project Manager to develop roadmap and define and track work packages.
· Furthermore you make the support, the coordination and the execution of inings & testings with different stakeholders as well as deputy for the project leader in his absence.
Requirements:
·You have the MAS Requirement Engineering or Business Analysis or Business Analysis Certification (IIBA, PBA PMI or equivalent)
· For this position you bring a higher university degree in computer science/business informatics.
· You have 5+ years of experience in global/international IT programs/projects within the financial industry sector (regulatory environment).
· You have a financial industry background (preferably within the Compliance / Client Relationship Management sector)
· Moreover you have an in-depth understanding of project management methodologies (including agile methodologies)
· Furthermore you have a In-depth knowledge of Compliance processes.
· You bring a strong knowledge in the data modeling. You have the customer focus skills and the great attention to the details.
· Moreove you have the Change management experience in driving organizational changes (international setup) taking full account of oppositions and differing stakeholder priorities.
· A private banking / Compliance background is advantageous. You are fluent in German and English.
