My Client is a Global Bank in need of a Technical Lead Business Analyst to support the Legal and Investigations IT delivery team in Zurich. For this job in Zurich, my client is looking for an English-speaking candidate who can start asap.
Key responsibilities:
· Defining and implementing how requirements are gathered, how the project will be delivered and agree what documents/artefacts will be produced, signed off, maintained and archived
· Ensure that all business analysis best practice standards are established throughout the BA Community
· Be an inspirational leader and ensure that all our talented business analysts achieve their career ambition through attentive career development planning
· Lead people inspiring them through your role model behaviours and quality standards that will enable the team to deliver best in class work products
· Be a mentor and coach to our business analysts and be responsible for recruiting and attracting the business analysts into the practice
· Playing a key role in communicating between internal technology teams and the business, acting as a translator where necessary to incorporate how information technology can support the needs of the business teams
· Work in partnership with our stakeholder and project teams and turn the business vision into the right reality
Essential Experience/Skills required for this job:
· 8+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst and IT Lead Business Analyst
· Know how to lead a team and provide them with performance managed career direction
· Excellent stakeholder management skills
· First-hand experience in creating functional / business requirements specifications
· Experience defining and applying business analysis techniques and best practices
· Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
· Experience of working in both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies
· Experience in Legal and/or eDiscovery framework would be a plus
· Fluent English, German is a plus
