RFP SPECIALISTLocation: Zurich

Languages required: German and English (fluent)
Daily rate: Negotiable based on experience
On behalf of our globally renowned banking client we are looking for an RFP Specialist who can start onsite ideally in the beginning of December. Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience and expertise in this area in the financial industry and also sound knowledge of database management and asset management.
This role requires German and English and therefore only candidates who are fluent in both of these languages will be responded to.

- A banking or finance-related education and experience in the asset management industry
- 5 -7 yrs experience working as an RFP Specialist in a Financial institution
- The ability to produce and edit proposal content within a complex business environment
- Working experience in database management, in particular PMAPS is a plus
- Very high reliability, accurate working methods, a trained eye for details as well as being able work autonomously and in a pressured environment
- Strong written communication skills, including proofreading ability
- Hands-on attitude and talent to motivate people around you
- Excellent organizational/multi-tasking skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- High standards in staying in sync with regulations and adhering to deadlines
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in German and English essential
