Ribbon Support Engineer (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Provide operational support for Ribbon (former Genband) products and features
- Monitor the Ribbon environment with its interfaces and subsystems
- Implement analyses and trace as well as troubleshoot incidents and problems with ITSM and Ribbon Customer Support
- Handle and clean up alarms, update operational documents, execute work reports
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance activities for the platform
- Act as first-point-of-contact for internal stakeholders
Main qualifications
- In depth knowledge of Ribbon products
- Profound experience with monitoring tools like Netcool or Icinga-Nagios
- Knowledge of Oracle SBC is a plus
- Experience in automation of operational processes
- Willingness to work non-office hours periodically and take on-call duty
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
