HR Coordinator/ PMO- junior wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Excellent organizational and Program Operations skills
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws
  • Proactive, self-reliant personality with the ability to adapt quickly to fast changing environments and tasks
  • Volition to support a multinational team in diverse locations in conquering a challenging and unstructured business environment
  • Languages: fluent Swiss German both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Liaising between senior management, employees and contractors in Zurich, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries
  • Processing complaints and grievance procedures
  • Dealing with employee queries regarding organisational policies as well as conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
