HR Coordinator/ PMO- junior wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Excellent organizational and Program Operations skills
- Basic knowledge of labour laws
- Proactive, self-reliant personality with the ability to adapt quickly to fast changing environments and tasks
- Volition to support a multinational team in diverse locations in conquering a challenging and unstructured business environment
- Languages: fluent Swiss German both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Liaising between senior management, employees and contractors in Zurich, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries
- Processing complaints and grievance procedures
- Dealing with employee queries regarding organisational policies as well as conducting initial orientation to newly hired employees
- Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
