Main tasks:
- Analyse, trace and troubleshoot complex incidents or problems in the Ribbon area
- Create solution designs and consult the internal development and operations team
- Documentation in Wiki and Jira
- Registration of incidents and problems to vendors
- Implement software and hardware updates periodically
- Improve and challenge the current and future design solutions
- Support the automation of processes
Main qualifications
- In depth knowledge of Ribbon (former Genband) products and features
- Very good know-how of tracing tools like wire shark, OCOM from Oracle and the relevant VoIP protocols
- Expertise in Oracle SBC and Automation processes is a plus
- Experienced with Wiki and Jira
- Willingness to work non-office hours for the implementation of updates
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
