QA/QC Scientist Senior with profound GMP and Commercialisation knowledge wanted for our Stein based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Chemical or Biological science
- 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing with a background in a leading or supervision position
- In-depth understanding of cGMPs and other regulatory guidelines
- Excellent knowledge of related manufacturing processes and equipment, as well as computer literacy, including shop floor systems such as SAP, AQWA, and CCex Agile
- Proven ability to lead and coach people, coupled with knowledge and appreciation of lean manufacturing principles
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Ensuring the qualification of sterilisers by using physical and biological methods under consideration of all HSE standards, GMP rules and current Standard Operation Procedures
- Managing the qualification of other temperature depending devices and Microbiological Air Sample devices
- Evaluating and documenting all results according to current GMP standard and internal guidelines along with performing investigations in case of deviations/OOS
- Performing calibration activities of temperature probes
- Writing protocols and reports for the qualification activities as well as supporting the writing and reviewing of internal standard operation procedures for qualification activities
- Keeping the lab organisation according to 6S Standard and ensuring all activities are closed in a timely manner according to internal guidelines
