IT-Supporter Skype for Business (m/f) 80%Role:
For our customer we are looking for a technically experienced IT supporter, who supports the 1st as well as the 2nd level support during the migration from old telephony systems to a modern IP telephony solution via Skype for Business.
Area of responsibility:
-Supporting the helpdesk in the provision of 1st level support
-Support decentralized user support during migration of new solution
-Supporting the operations team in providing 2nd level support
Required Profile:
-3-5 years professional experience in the field of ICT-Helpdesk/ -Support
-In recent years you have worked mainly with Microsoft Skype for Business [formerly Lync].
-In recent years you have been involved in migration projects from analog / digital telephony to IP-based telephony solutions.
-Impeccable criminal and debt enforcement register
Languages:
-German: mother tongue or very good (oral & written at least at C1 level)
