On behalf of our client the Vivancy AG is looking for an Engineer in Test, Module and Integration Testing:Start date : October 2010 or earlier
Duration : 6 Month – an extension is very likely
Location : Central Switzerland
Job description:
Level : Expert
Responsibility :
• Development, implementation and maintenance of test cases on module and module integration test level
based on complexity and risk
• Support of development team in the context of unit testing and unit integration testing
• Analysis of existing unit tests and testing environment and testing improvements in cooperation with the
developers
• Improvements in test automation on Module and Module Integration level
• Trainings in testing concepts of unit and Module testing levels, tools (MSTest, Moq, etc.) and related activities
• Coverage and impact analysis in close co operation within system and product test level.
• Reporting to Test Manager
Who we are looking for:
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• University degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering or similar scientific subject; or a comparative
academic background and/or experience
• At least 3-5 years’ experience working in module testing and test automation of a component based software
product and/or software development in a QA context (.Net/C#)
• Expert knowledge in test methods for static and dynamic testing
• Expert knowledge of quality assurance of component based software products
• Excellent understanding of unit integration testing concepts, testing with databases in the background,
testing with WCF Services (distributed processes)
• Good understanding of automated UI testing with MSTest
• Good understanding of version management systems (Subversion, TFS)
• Ability to self-organize and willingness to take initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent English skills
