Task:- Leading the overall project planning
- Ensuring the various work packages are organized and set up for successful delivery
- Operating the project governance cycle (eg, Steering Meetings, project gate progression and other regular project meetings)
- Monitoring timelines and deliverables and course-correcting as applicable
- Continuously tracking the delivery of expected outcomes and securing delivery of the project benefits
- Identifying and managing risks and mitigations
- Supporting the work package owners in effective project execution
- Working closely with the change manager and others to drive an effective change project to help achieve the expected benefits
- Ensuring a clear set of handovers from project phase into ongoing operations
Requirements (Must have):
- Proven track record as global Project Manager
- Experience with SAP Ariba Cloud solutions including Procure to Pay (P2P) module with SAP ECC or S/4HANA
- Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Fluent in English and German language skills considered a plus
