Main tasks:
- Alignment of processes to project evolution outcomes
- Liaise and manage communications with internal (Country Team, various functional Teams) and external stakeholders (project members, Board constituencies)
- Assess risks, implement risk mitigation measures
- Contribute to policy document developments and lead in material preparation for implementation of roll-out including consultant training plans, workshops and PowerPoint presentations
Main qualifications
- Advanced university degree in international development, public policy, public health, finance, economics, business administration, or other relevant area or equivalent professional training
- Profound experience in a similar role, preferably in an international and multicultural environment, with some support in project management activities
- Excellent service orientation and diplomacy in dealing with people
- Good knowledge of the Global Fund’s organizational structure, personnel and administrative procedures, processes and delivery mechanisms
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate services, ability to handle multiple tasks and recognize priorities, working within tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and knowledge of Power Point is desirable
