We are looking for 2 Workstation Image Management Engineers:Operating place: Area Zurich
Start: ASAP
Duration: 1 Year
Tasks:
• Workstation Image Design documentation
• Hardware Integration (creation and documentation of driver libraries)
Windows XP, Vista , Windows 7
• Perform Hardware Certifications
• Workstation Image Certifications trough unit testing, SIT (System Integration Testing)
Optional:
• Workstation Image Engineering of Windows XP , Windows Vista and
Windows7
• Automate Workstation Image/OS installation
• Suggest improvements and upgrades to Workstation Image Management
Job Profile:
• A Technical Consultant with 2+ years experience in workstation image
creation, re-engineering and/or Windows client deployment, configuration and
administration or similar role.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with customers.
• Customer oriented and focused on meeting the customer's needs.
Expertise Required:
• Good experience with Imaging technologies such as Ghost, RapiDeploy and
Windows Imaging (IimageX/WIM), sysprep, driver injection, Windows PE
• Good understanding of Desktop Management
• Experience in troubleshooting and configuration of workstations, hardware,
software, etc.
• Unattended OS deployment and configuration methods
• Administering Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Windows XP / Vista,
Windows7
Optional:
• Good understanding of System Management architectures such as SMS, Altiris
and Radia or other simillar product.
• Familiar with software packaging related technologies.
• Windows Scripting
