Beschreibung

A Swiss Private Bank is looking for several KYC File Review Specialists for its locations in Zurich, Geneva and Lugano. The main responsibility is to perform client file reviews in order to ensure appropriate documentation of the client’s KYC prepared by the Relationship Managers (RMs) as well as to provide guidance on quality standards required to the Front. The role's focus is to ensure quality documentation of clients while adhering to internal guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements. The Compliance KYC File Review Specialist is also responsible for ensuring feedback flow from working with the front team members regarding the quality of files reviewed.

Tasks:

• In this project you perform KYC documentation reviews on the banks AML/KYC standards, as part of a remediation programme to improve documentation standards across private banking teams.
• You ensure that appropriate Know your Client (KYC) information and documentation is on file.
• Moreover you respond to requests raised by the RM.
• You raise potential documentation shortfalls with the relevant RM or escalate to relevant Line Manager.
• Furthermore you arrange regular meetings with RMs and Assistants as well as Line Mangers and the Project Management.
• Furthermore you provide 1:1 Trainings to RMs to train & explain the KYC documentation requirements & process.

Requirements:

• You have a completed bank apprenticeship with corresponding further education or graduate degree in law / business economics.
• For this project you bring minimum 2-3 years of experience in the private wealth management in a client Facing / Risk / Compliance function.
• Moreover you have sound knowledge of the Swiss and international AML/KYC best-practice and client documentation standards (CDB, AMLA, AMLO, etc.).
• You have a detailed knowledge of Customer Due Diligence requirements.
• You have sound organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Moreover you have the ability to complete high volumes of client files to an excellent standard.
• You have strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.
• A specific Market knowledge (European market) is advantageous.
• For Zurich you have to be fluent in English and German.
• For Geneva: You have to be fluent in English and French.
• For Lugano: You have to be fluent in Italian.

• You have a high level of integrity, discretion and trustworthiness.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse issues and define solutions.
• Furthermore you have very good inter-personal skills and you are open, supportive and approachable.
