Main tasks:
- Conduct detailed project planning and develop a guiding framework for the initiative
- Identify required contributions and secure resource commitments
- Plan and perform launch activities as well as the mapping and assessment of stakeholder groups
- Initiate work on communication activities and detail target model options
- Define target end-to-end process(es) including relevant functional review(s) and assess delta vs “as-is” and required changes
- Develop roadmap to implement identified changes in relevant models and operational policies as applicable
- Identify key changes vs target model to reach implementation, including constraints/changes in roadmap
- Map the decision process for approval and implementation of proposed changes
- Develop materials for decision making and develop implementation plan
- Develop change management plan and materials and launch the introduction of the approved target models
- Execute change management activities , plan for tracking realization of expected benefits
Main qualifications
- Profound experience, including in transformation and business
- Model/process re-engineering in international organizations, development agencies or multinational companies/private sector
- Experience with project management methodology
- Experience and expertise in business model design, analysis, implementation and rollout in complex, multi-disciplinary and diverse environments
- Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery and stakeholder buy-in
- Experience implementing organizational change using change management techniques
