1st Level Supporter - German/English (100%)

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced dedicated and service oriented 1st Level Supporter. For this contract role (6 months + extension) in Zurich, our customer is looking for a fluent German and English-speaking professional with the following background.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a high quality of support to our users
- Working in close cooperation with all other IT services and local external service providers
- Documenting requests in the ticket system for Desktop and Laptop installations; software deployment and access rights management and assign them to the Service Desk
- Supporting Service Desk during incident resolutions
- Hardware handling and maintenance (PC's, printers, desk and mobile phones, tablets, etc.)
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- IT apprenticeship or equivalent education
- 1-3 year(s) exp1stderience in 1st level support or in a service desk position, hands-on experience needed
- Excellent knowledge of Windows client environment as well as Microsoft products
- You communicate well, are professional, friendly, reliable, a team player and work in a structured way and can work autonomously
- You have a client focused approach and are used to operating in a global environment
- Fluent English & German is needed
- You're proactive and a problem-solver
