Project Manager: Hybris / SAP / ERP / SharePoint / PharmaProject / Role: IT Manager for the Hybris CWP Project is reporting to the Head of the ERP Roadmap IT Program Management Office and wants to work closely with the ERP roadmap. Order to Cash Core Team, SAP Hybris experts and Regional ERP system owners and support teams and other stakeholders.
Background: The Hybris CWP implementation project is part of the Business Process and ERP Vision program. The goal is the development of a global template for the Customer Portal for the Pharmaceutical Division based on SAP Hybris.
Tasks and Responsibilties:
-Responsible for project documentation following Project Management Methodology (PMM),
-Responsible for supporting Project Charter and Issues & Risk Log, Meeting Minutes;
-Should be ready to handle detailed project plan and cutover plan;
-Responsible to coordinate & Create Training Material and Communication Material;
-Responsible for project Stakeholder Survey
-Responsible to organize meetings internal and external, workshops (location, transport, meeting rooms etc.)
-Should be involved in administration, deployment activities;
-Responsible for Project Tracking and Supporting Training
Required Skills:
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management / PMO working with SAP implementation projects.
-Minimum of 3+ years of experience with Excel & PowerPoint
-Minimum 1 year of experience with SharePoint.
-Good Experience in the ERP area (Sales, Distribution, Customer Relationship Management)
-Good experience in Risk Management, Change Management, ERP SAP.
-Experience in pharma domain with validation know-how basics of CSV
-Minimum 1 year of experience with "V Model" (tool used for CSV)
Nice to Have:
Hands-on experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Hangouts etc.)
- Prince2 or PMP or GxP certification is a plus
-Good experience with Documentum
-Minimum 1 year of experience with Hybris, Scrum and SAP Solution Manager
Education:Bachelors or Master's degree in relevant field or similar.
Languages:
-Fluent in English
-Fluent in German is Plus
