Beschreibung

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the President and Senior Management Team. In addition to filing, typing and scheduling, you will perform duties such as coordination of meetings and conferences, mailing and working on special projects as assigned. Also answer non-routine correspondence and works with highly confidential information. Deal with diverse group of external callers and internal contacts at all levels within the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize workload, recommends changes in procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

Prepare and distribute, upon review and approval, departmental correspondence reports, memos, presentations and projects from notes or drafts.
Make all company travel arrangements; per established guidelines.
Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meeting, conferences and department activities for all departments.
Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Act as a project manager for special projects.
Organize and prioritize large volumes of information and answer customer calls.
Support safety initiatives.
Prepare month-end reports and submit management expense reports.
Track vacation/personal time of office employees
Brand correspondence; copy, collate and prepare materials for mail or email distribution.
Lead processing; maintain data base and assignments.
Special and miscellaneous projects as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience you'll bring to our team:

Any administrative/secretarial experience.
Must have strong communication skills; ability to interact with individuals at all levels within the organization
Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt to changing situations. Ability to anticipate and plan for the future.
Work requires constant attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing materials, establishing priorities,
meeting deadlines and being extremely organized.
Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work.

Required Skills and Education:

Computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
