Beschreibung

HR Accountant Specialist wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent with Certification in Lean/Six Sigma
  • 3+ years' working experience in an accounting or finance position coupled with knowledge in inventory accounting processes and intercompany/supply chain billing flows
  • Solid knowledge in SAP along with ability to work in an international environment
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German or French is advantageous

Your tasks:

  • Carrying out the balance sheet account reconciliations of allocated accounts, securing timely resolution, such as escalations and cleaning of overdue items identified
  • Assuring proper accounting of financial transactions and accounting specific questions are well addressed and solved
  • Ensuring correct valuation and completeness of all assets and liabilities as well as proper functionality and process linkages from or to other systems
  • Proactively checking accounts to ensure all financial transactions are valid and recorded to ensure accuracy of reported data as well as implementing period-end closing and reporting in accordance with local laws and required standards
  • Reviewing and recording requested company cross-charges and manual journal entries including proper documentation thereof and performing special projects on ad hoc basis
