A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a Front Supporter (f/m) for the Rollout of a new Digital Advisory Suite. You provide front-office users with a high quality on the ground support in the context of the advisory process and tools rollout.

Tasks:

• You support the front-office users (Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Assistants and Teamheads) during the rollout phase of the Digital Advisory Suite (DiAS).
• You provide coachings for front colleagues on DiAS, other front business applications and regulatory topics (e.g. MIFID II, FIDLEG)
• You provide trainings for new joiners on these topics.
• You motivate, enable and empower front colleagues before, during and after the transition phase.
• Furthermore you focus on the analysis of current problems and solution identification.
• You take leadership in complex requests overlapping different advisory solution units or divisions.
• Moreover you support quality assurance in testing activities for global releases.
• You support conceptional work and providing presentations and documents.

Requirements:

• You are an experienced business supporter in the financial industry / banking.
• You are experienced in providing individual coachings to senior level employees.
• You are willing to regularly travel within Switzerland. Zurich will be your main workplace, but you will also support other Swiss branches for floor walking.
• You are fluent in English and German.
• Private Banking industry knowledge and experience is beneficial: e.g. Typical Relationship Manager needs, product and services knowledge, advisory tool knowledge.
• Ideally, you have a regulatory background (e.g. MIFID II) and bring a Project Management Certification.
