BI Data Engineer contract job - Zürich, SwitzerlandOur client, a tier one bank in Zurich, is looking for a BI Data Engineer. As a Business Intelligence Data Engineer with a strong background in DWH management, you will develop solutions for data collection, data warehousing, and translate these into meaningful reports. You will need strong SQL skills, data modelling experience, and experience developing data processing pipelines.
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of relevant working experience with data warehouses; finance experience would be helpful. Also required: in-depth knowledge of MS SQL Server / TSQL, Power BI, Azure. Also required: advanced knowledge of data warehousing and BI architecture (dimensional modelling), including modelling and implementing Data Vault; BI visualization tools and practices; C# would be an advantage.
