Development Engineer - German/English/PharmaProject / Role:
For our client we are looking for a Development Engineer with working experience of 1-2 years for an interesting position starting as soon as possible for 3 month (with strong possibility of extension) close to Lucerne, Switzerland.
Main Tasks:
- Analyse data and prepare reports
- Development and evaluation of new and optimization of existing processes
- Organize and manage their own time within scope of assigned work packages
- Escalate issues when things are not going according to plan
- Evaluation and optimization of processes to improve yield, reliability and quality
- Recommend next steps based on data generated
- Drive efforts to gain efficiency within work packages
- Coordinate efforts with other functional areas to accomplish tasks
- Make decisions related to scope of their tasks
Skills / Requirements:
- Experience as Development Engineer (1-2years)
- Confident personality
- Willingness to manage complex projects
- Team player
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Education:
- Degree / Bachelor / Master in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology etc.
Language:
- English Proficient
- German Proficient
