We have noticed an increase of IT Business Analyst needs in the market here therefore we are constantly looking for professionals in these domains.
We are constantly looking for experienced IT Business Analyst (BA) looking for their next challenge in Basel or in the area of Basel within the Life Science industry.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support global project
- Eliciting requirements
- Requirements organization
- Requirements management (including contradictory ones) and communication
- Requirements analysis
- Execute process analysis as assigned by lead of process stream
- Recommend workarounds
- Work on several distinct initiatives at the same time etc.
Must Haves:
- 5 to 7 years of Business Analysis experience ideally within a pharmaceutical environment
- Ability to gather, document and analyze requirements
- Experience with interacting with business stakeholders in order to understand their needs
- Ability to anticipate potential problems, determine and implement solutions, teamwork and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Business Analysis Technics and GxP experience
- Analytic and able to understand complex structures
- Good communication skills
- Soft skills: Problem solving & proactive attitude, team player and self-organized, can-do attitude and analytical mind
- Customer-focused project experience
- Fluency in English
Nice to Haves:
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- Knowledge of Product Development/Clinical Data
- Data Flow Mapping experience
- Regulatory/Filing knowledge
