Beschreibung

A Swiss Private Bank is looking for an HR support financial Supervisor. The HR Support takes on responsibility in delivering comprehensive HR services to meet the needs of their line management and employees as well as dealing with routine inquiries and transactions in the everyday HR environment. In this role, you work very close with the HR Business Partners and HR Consultants and support them in managing the day-to-day business and in implementing all operational personnel processes and instruments. Furthermore, the HR Support constitutes an important communication and contact point for line managers, employees and applicants.

You lead the HR Support Team and in addition, you take the responsibility for providing HR support services to specific areas. Your role combines functional supervision and operational tasks and responsibilities.

Tasks:

• In this position you supervise a team of about 11 people in the day-to-day business and operations and act as their first contact for questions and queries.
• Furthermore you plan the team workforce through setting priorities, allocating resources (including deputation) and ensuring necessary knowledge/skills.
• You guarantee permanent staffing and availability of the team during business hours.
• You ensure that each team member adheres to all relevant internal processes, procedures and policies.
• Moreover you conduct 4-eyes checks of payroll-relevant data entries in the HR system.
• You execute all administrative HR tasks and make the correspondence based on existing templates in all HR processes.
• You make the maintenance of HR data within the HR system and you are the general functional support of HR Business Partners and HR Consultants.
• You provide the standard reporting for the attention of HR consultants, HR business Partners and line managers.
• You support the HR consultants and the HR Business Partners in the recruiting process through assisting in pre-selections, arranging interviews, obtaining and documenting references, informing employment agencies and applicants.
• Furthermore you deal with service anniversaries, birthdays, weddings, births, deaths and other employee lifecycle events.
• You conduct straightforward meetings with employees, such as probationary period conversation or exit interview if applicable.
• You prepare work certifications.

Requirements:

• For this position you have an apprenticeship degree or a higher degree.
• You have a further education in HR (e.g. Federal PET Diploma in Human Resources).
• You bring previous professional experience in a comparable position (HR Support, HR Administration) for at least 5 years.
• You have profound supervision skills and experience.
• You have experience in process improvements and/or development and maintenance of content
• You have a proficient user of technology and diligent approach to work.
• You are fluent in German and English, any additional language is a plus.
