Tasks:
• In this project you create and prepare the reports.
• You are responsible for the Exception Handling.
• Moreover you make the investigation in written and telephonic way related to several matters: client issues, international depositaries and internal specialists issues.
• The Control of income data related to different investment products is also one of your tasks.
• You make the all-round-support in administrative matters.
Requirements:
• For this position you bring first experiences within the financial Industry with a commercial degree or a higher education.
• You are experienced in Reporting or Client Service area.
• You have very good skills in ValueChain_Operations.
• You are fluent in English and German.
Soft Skills:
• You are a fast learner with cognitive skills, interlaced thinking and a high sense of concentration.
• You are able to work efficient under high thime pressure.
• Moreover you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office ( especially Exel).
• You are willing to work in an international area.
• You have a high commitment, you are flexible and client orientated.
