Tasks:
• In this project you support the departements in the preparation of requirements specifications for solution approaches taking into account the ergo technical system requirements.
• You develop subject-specific basics for the creation of project orders and submit suggestions for optimization possibilities in matters of structure and process organization.
• In addition, you analyze the overall interrelations of business processes, organizational structures, informatics and resoure applications and identify weak points.
• You collect, review and document the professional needs and expectations of organizational units in their project plans.
• The translation of business requirements into ICT requirements is also one of your tasks.
• You process amendments from the clients as well as from project committees and prepare the corresponding decision-making basis for the further course of action.
• In addition you prepare quality assurance measures in accordance with the requirements.
• You evaluate and validate operational solutions regarding the project specifications.
• You create test cases and assess and monitor user tests.
Requirements:
• For this project you bring experience in requirements analysis, process analysis and design.
• You have the ability to understand the consequences of requirements/concepts towards the projects and systems.
• Moreover you have written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
• You have the knowledge of product development and product offering strategy.
• You know how to model techniques and methods.
• You have the knowledge of data analysis, transformation and migration.
• You are fluent in English and German.
Soft Skills:
• You have exceptional analytical, quantitative, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• You have a strong attention to details and accuracy when working with complex numerical data.
