Administrative Expert 60 - 80% wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Commercial training, apprenticeship or equivalent in a relevant discipline
- 1+ year working experience in an Assistant or Administrative Expert role
- Profound background in Stakeholder Management and Customer Service
- Excellent know-how of MS Office tools, such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French is a plus
Your tasks:
- Handling administrative projects by dealing with and replying to correspondence, such as appointment and deadline coordination, database administration, preparing presentations, evaluating statistics, meeting preparation and handling travel expenses and calendar
- Managing and supporting SharePoint activities of uploading, cleaning up, structuring and managing teams as well as supporting intranet related activities
- Controlling invoices, tracking team spent and reporting it on monthly basis
- Scheduling networking and training sessions, owning and updating distribution lists, support-training program, reviewing and updating training decks and supporting awareness program
- Managing events by arranging meeting venue, catering ordering, managing agenda and logistics planning
