Project Manager coordinator for Instrument Assets (50%) and SW Project Services (50%) (m/f)

Main tasks:
- Support of reporting, database engineering, localization, code signing, tool portfolio and license management area
- Collaboration with the internal world-wide software projects the team evolves the tooling to meet the continuously changing needs
- Collaboration with the full team to understand, plan and track the progress of the individual projects, to maintain a consolidated overview and support the
- Communication within the team but also to the outside
- You will be given the responsibility for the harmonization of the project set up regarding project planning, project implementation, progress- and cost control and communication
- Support of set-up of program cockpit together with Program Leader & team (=overall program reporting tool to check bugs, reports status of individual projects, amount of risks and risk categories, employee fluctuation, reporting of how many hours spent on maintenance/new releases)
- Support of program planning, program implementation
- Set-up and adaption support of relevant PMO processes and structure in alignment with PPMO and relevant stakeholders and ensure process implementation within the Program
- For the "Software Project Service team supporting of the roadmap creation, workshops organization
- Handling of program meetings (organizing program meetings, setting the agenda, editting and distributing the minutes)

- Profound project management experience in the diagnostic environment, focusing on product development projects, typically in the area of lab diagnostics
- You’re someone who wants to influence your own development

- Where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point
- Prior project management experience in an Agile SW development environment / Microsoft / TFS environment would be a valuable asset
- Fluency in English is mandatory and German is desirable – spoken and written
