For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedTechnical PM / PMO - Ops Risk / 3rd Party Vendors (5510)
You will drive IT projects from start to successful implementation in the Compliance & Operational Risk Control & Audit IT organization.
Your Qualifications:
• 3+ years' experience as IT PM / PMO using agile and waterfall methodologies in large organizations - 3rd party vendor knowhow
• Proven track record of project delivery in a highly regulated global environment
• Solid technical background in 3rd party software customization with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, integration and data reporting/analytics tools
• Project experience in Operational Risk area and knowledge of banking products would be a plus
• Experience using SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint etc.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, German would be a plus
Your Responsibilities:
• Managing all aspects of several projects, which include project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of risks
• Ensuring on time delivery of your projects and within budget
• Providing the stakeholders with transparent, accurate and regular information regarding the status of project deliveries
• Working with the IT Business Analyst and Technical teams to ensure a sound technical design including data reporting/analytics capabilities.
• Ensuring that the project follows SDLC principles/standards
• Embed Risk Awareness by designing and operating an effective control environment, proactively identifying and raising control deficiencies and driving diligent and sustainable risk remediation
