Business Analyst - Digital / Insurance / Financial Services - wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector. The role will involve the development and revamp of a business critical client application.Your experience/skills:
- 5+ years' experience working on Business Intelligence / Analytics projects or programs, with a proven track record of delivery in a global environment
- Domain knowledge in International Program business, Policy and Claims, and Risk Engineering
- Strong data analysis and planning skills with knowledge of testing, SMEs and in the organisation of UAT tests
- Ability to apply Lean principles and different delivery approaches, such as SCRUM and Waterfall
- Certification in IREB requirements engineering, SCRUM and Lean or equivalent are preferable
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Completing the elicitation of business requirements and translation into solution requirements to ensure the implementation throughout the project life cycle
- Planning, conducting and facilitating elicitation sessions and ensuring production of associated deliverables
- Supporting project manager in building business case, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope and development of a high level plan
- Producing various requirements documentation including specifications, and outline solution design documents
- Analysing and managing requirement risk, traceability matrix and prioritising requirements as well as performing quality review checks on solution
- Supporting development of test plan, testing, implementation and training activities as well as post implementation activities including problem solving and measurement of benefits
