Applications Architect wanted for our Vaud based client in the food industry.
Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years' work experience as an Applications Architect within HR Core Processes in a global scale and in the context of Shared Services
- Certifications in SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Platform and Foundation
- Expertise in SAP HR, SAP PY Data Model and mapping of SF to SAP HR/PY data model
- Kronos certification is a plus
- Good communication and organization skills with a self-motivated mind-set
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Cooperating, connecting and collaborating with internal and external Stakeholders
- Advising, educating and guiding others on SF technology and methodology
- Presenting technical topics to non-technical audience
- Managing Employee Central Configuration such as Foundation Objects, Business Rules, Position Management, Workflows, Intelligent services, reporting and role based permission
- Handling Employee Central Data Model including integrating variable pay, compensation and employee profile modules
- Taking care of Testing Management
