Administration and Communications Expert wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree e.g. in Business Administration with focus on Communication
- 5+ years' working experience in Communication, Marketing or Project Management in a multicultural environment
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint and SAP
- Collaborating with multiple stakeholders in large organizations
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken. German or French is a big plus
Your tasks:
- Supporting the Communication and Change Manager with Project Management, Communication and other PMO activities
- Organizing project events, workshops and project team trainings
- Driving project communication within the project team to facilitate the creation of a high-performing team culture
- Taking responsibility for Resource Management and Onboarding in collaboration with team leads, PMO and leadership
- Supporting procurement and invoicing processes in line with internal policies
