Tool Integration Solution Architect (f/m)Our 'Process & Tool Integration' team in the IT Private Banking (PB) area is looking for a Tool Integration Solution Architect (f/m)
We offer Technical lead of tool integration experts/solution engineers and IT owners to design and develop innovative and state-of-the-art tool solutions for the IT PB Solution Delivery Platform (SDP) Main task is the elaboration of advanced and integrated collaborative software development tooling solutions (e.g. open source solutions like Collabnet, CodeBeamer or Rational Jazz, Eclipse etc.) to provide an accepted smart globally converged tooling platform Participation in conceptual platform design and implementation according to the solution delivery reference architecture and in line with defined security, middleware and operations standards Involvement in strategic process and tool projects with end-to-end responsibility for solution delivery tool chain solutions including request management, solution engineering, product integration and release management Application of best practices, e.g. Lean Software Development, Scrum, Kanban, Rational Unified Process, UML etc. and maturity models, e.g. CMMI, ITIL, V3, COBIT, Six Sigma etc. Responsibility to analyze tool improvement proposals and to drive continuous improvement initiatives as well as tools reuse across international locations Intense collaboration with key stakeholders like major tool vendors, SDP Strategy and Architecture Group, SDP release management, IT PB Architecture etc.

You offer Higher education in Information Technology/Software Engineering, Natural Science or Engineering In depth knowledge of solution delivery analysis/design and long-term experience in software development (e.g. model-driven development, Java, JEE, Eclipse, PL/1, Mainframe, open source environments) in large organizations Understanding of the end-to-end solution delivery value chain from presales to deployment Knowledge of best practices/standards like MDA/MDD, UML, Eclipse, Rational Jazz, RUP, Lean Software Development, Scrum, Kanban, CMMI for Development etc. Fluency in English, German is an advantage Excellent communication, marketing and presentation skills and the ability to convince key stakeholders Outstanding leadership capacity and strong team focus Very good analytical thinking, strong problem solving skills, high quality focus and the ability to deliver under time pressure
