Process & Method Solution Architect (f/m)Our 'Process & Tool Integration' team in the IT Private Banking area is looking for a Process & Method Solution Architect (f/m)
We offer Technical lead of process experts to design and develop innovative and state-of-the-art process solutions for the IT PB Solution Delivery Platform (SDP) Main task is the elaboration of advanced software development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Lean Software Development, Rational Unified Process etc.) to provide applicable solution delivery processes and life cycle models Responsibility for the evolution of organizational level processes, i.e. tailoring guidelines, measurement & analysis, process and tool architecture/development standards and the SDP training curriculum Accountability for the establishment and maintenance of a usable set of organizational process assets and work environment standards in the platforms process asset library Involvement in strategic process and tool projects with end-to-end responsibility for solution delivery processes including request management, solution engineering, product integration and release management Application of best practices and maturity models, e.g. CMMI, ITIL V3, COBIT, Six Sigma etc. Responsibility to analyze process improvement proposals and to drive continuous improvement initiatives as well as process reuse across international locations Intense collaboration with key stakeholders like SDP Strategy and Architecture Group, SDP release management, IT PB Architecture etc. Possibility to take over sector head responsibility or deputy role for the organization unit Integration Design

You offer Higher education in Information Technology, Natural Science or Engineering, MBA is an advantage In depth knowledge of solution delivery processes and long-term experience in process design, rollout and adoption of process-supporting tools into large organizations Understanding of the end-to-end solution delivery value chain from presales to deployment Knowledge of best practices/standards like CMMI for Development/Services/Acquisition, ITIL V3, RUP, Lean Software Development, Scrum, Kanban etc. Fluency in English, German is an advantage Excellent communication, marketing and presentation skills and the ability to convince key stakeholders Outstanding leadership capacity and strong team focus Very good analytical thinking, strong problem solving skills, high quality focus and the ability to deliver under time pressure
