For a project at our client ‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedIT Business Analyst - Human Resources IT (5488)
In this role you will conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and working jointly with HR.
Your Qualifications:
• Proven experience applying business analysis techniques both in functional and technical domains within HR programs especially in HR IT
• Previous experience as IT Business Analyst on a program or a project throughout its lifecycle from initiation to delivery
• Good understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience of working to a formal SDLC methodology, experience in design and development of software applications
• Ability to interpret a set of business requirements and develop robust solutions
• Experience with HR processes and solutions are a plus
• Experience with Fusion or other HR applications would be advantageous
• Experience within HR-IT domain as well as with IT Transformation programs
• Technical experience that includes data and system integration
• Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
• Determine required IT business solutions and assist in implementing them
• Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved
• Plan, perform business & systems analysis, process design, test, and implement system changes
• Conduct current state analysis, define systems strategy, develop system requirements, design, prototype, test, train, and define support procedures and implementation
• Create detailed system design requirements, including Feature Documentation, User Interface and Screen Designs, Use Case Scenarios, Workflow Diagrams, and Data Models
• Conduct handover sessions with Level 2 and Level 3 support teams and assist with functional analysis of Level 3 incidents
• Perform gap analyses of existing systems and processes and defect resolution & tracking using Quality Center, provide user support and define business process TOM definition
• Create High-Level Design documents & Requirement Traceability Matrices
