A Swiss insurance company is looking for a Web Migration Leader to join the Web Presence Core Team and take the responsibility for the seamless web content migration and content population. The candidate leads a team of 2 – 3 students and works closely with the company’s web section owners and implementation leads to ensure timely delivery of content according the web project plan. The candidate reports to the project lead of the web presence project.Start Date: 10.06.2018

Tasks:
• Lead and coordinate the web migration team.
• Collaborate with section/content owners and support content publishers.
• Assess the migration needs, defining the migration volume, procedures and quality.
• Plan, coordinate and manage the migration tasks for all units.
• Steer the execution as well as testing and sign off the migrated content.
• Coordinate and steer the population of new content.
• Provide tools and infrastructure for content preparation.
• Conduct training of content publishers.
• Keep content owners informed and engaged.
• Liaise and collaborate with platform provider Magnolia.
