Für unseren Kunden in der Zentralschweiz suchen wir einen "SW Project Leader".


1. Main / Project Tasks
The Software Project Leader position is a member of R&D Hematology and
Coagulation Product Care team. The Product Care team supports existing
medical diagnostic devices. The SWPL is responsible for all software activates for a
Product Care project.

Product Care projects range from developing a targeted, bug-fix release requiring a
rapid response to an upgrade release with substantive enhancements. The SWPL is
also responsible for coordinating third-level support.

Product Care projects are typically one to three-person teams where the SWPL
functions as a Principal Software Engineer and makes significant contribution to the
design and codebase. The SWPL represents the software team to all other involved
teams and individuals.

The SWPL reports to the Team Lead, Hematology and Coagulation SW Product
Care, Processes & Infrastructure and the job is onsite

Your responsibilities include:
• Software Project Leader for Product Care projects
• All software aspects of Product Care projects, including planning, scheduling,
design, implementation, risk handling and documentation
• Write significant portions of the software
• Work interactively with all stockholders to define the overall project scope and
schedule
• Create a detailed software project plan to meet project requirements with specific,
clearly defined, and measurable milestones/checkpoints
• Lead the software project to achieve all pre-defined goals, including quality, budget
and schedule
• Keep all stockholders, including management, informed about software-related
issues
• Represent software at all relevant meetings
• Coordinate third-level support and represent software at relevant meetings

Requirements:

2. Work / Professional Experience
• 4 years of relevant experience including at least 1 year as a Software Project
Leader
• Detailed knowledge of and experience in Windows and .net development
• Software development on medical devices or in a regulated environment

3. Education
• University degree or at least 8 years of relevant experience

• English: Advanced
• German: Advanced

• Visual Studio
• TFS
• HP ALM
