A Swiss insurance company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to support the Head of Demand and Service Management within Mainframe Services with various activities.Start Date: 01.07.2018
End Date: 31.12.2018

Tasks:
Support the current 2 members of the team, in various areas such as:
• Software and License Management.
• Process and Project Management.
• Outsourcing Project Support.
• Internal Organization.
• Business (internal Customer) Demand Management.
• Risk Management.
Requirements:
• Excellent understanding of Service Management processes (ideally certified, i.e. ITIL).
• Process mapping.
• IT Outsourcing experience.
• License & Contract management experience.
• Affinity with Data Analytics, Reporting and supporting tools.
• Project Management skills (ideally certified, i.e. Prince2 or PMI)
• Sound knowledge of Software Life-cycle and License management.
• General IT understanding, with if possible a Mainframe environment exposure.
• Business Demand Management and Planning.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus, additional language are welcome.
