Beschreibung

Communications Manager/Social Media Coordinator with profound SharePoint knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:

  • Bachelor in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations as well proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO along with background in SharePoint
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills in addition to demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

Your tasks:

  • Maintaining a full overview of all content/campaigns running on group social accounts along with providing guidance on the content process and reinforce the content guidelines
  • Reviewing content submissions to ensure that information is accurate and completed coupled with proofreading all social media content posts
  • Verifying the accuracy and relevance of hashtags, mentions, tagging etc. in addition to publishing approved content in social studio or in social media account platforms
  • Ensuring the daily completion of the approval process and records this information on the content tracker in SharePoint as well as promoting the guidelines for group social media accounts
  • Maintaining a constant line of communication with all content stakeholders along with monitoring and triaging all income messages received in generic inbox
