Part 1: 1 day
1) Install Rational Functional Testing software in a dev. environment where we have admin access
2) Build a small very simple scenario to test the compatibility with the clients MesProf2 notes application
3) Short presentation of the functionalities to better understand what we can do with the tool

Part 2: 5 days
4) Design and build with CICR business people a few simple real scenarios + add some script to log time and automize scenarios (VB.NET)
5) Implement these scenarios in the UAT environment to validate them and then in the Prod environment
6) Consolidate standard reports (time logging)
7) prepare a very short doc on the implementation of the Rational solution

Part 3: 1 day
7) Lessons learned + some inputs and support to build more complex scenarios
