For an insurance project in Switzerland we are looking for a strong business analyst in the Siebel CRM environment. The candidate shall bring well proven domain know how in the finance area (insurance). Previous mandates should have included projects in all implementation phases. Furthermore, sound methodology skills in requirement gathering and process consulting are a must.Company:

Duties:
You will experience a very supportive work environment and join a CRM team which is known for the good team spirit and its excellent performance. Within an insurance project you will take over lead roles in all phases (setup, design, implementation and roll-out) e.g. requirement gathering, testing, training and be an important integrated part of the project team.
Requirements:
- Insurance know-how within the life and non-life industry for several years
- Proven contibuted experience within all implementation phases of at least one successful Siebel project
- Sound methodology skills for requirement gathering and process design
- Intermediate Siebel technical know-how in Siebel Tools
- Good understanding of technology i.e. Oracle, SQL (advanced), DWH, ERM
