Key performance of function:
Sub project manager to model, document and enable xx AG in order to implement the future Active Directory (AD) Provisioning Process based on the xx AG Corporate Directory.

A Description of the most important core competences:
• Define and document the relevant business, IT and security requirements
• Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, site visits, business
process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow
analysis etc.
• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose
high-level information into details,
• Abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user
requests from the underlying true needs.
• Design a new streamlined provisioning process from the Corporate Directiry to the new
Active Directory (AD)
- Utilize his/her experience in designing and modeling the required provisioning process
according to best practices and industry standards
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal customers to analyze information needs
and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed
- Functional requirements documented in requirements lists and specs
- Use Cases
- Process flow and/or activity diagrams
- GUI, screen and interface designs
• Be an effective liaison between the business, IT, security and support teams
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts in both the Corporate and Active
Directory area to support the creation of the technical designs needed for configuration of the
Corporate Directory and Active Directory
A Description of the most important core requirements:
• Strong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret
customer/user needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a
diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
• Work independently with users as well as under direction of the project manager
• Experience in serving as the conduit between the user community (internal customers) and the
software development team
• Strong Project Manager, Business Analyst and subject matter experience (minimum of 3 years)
• Proven experience in similar projects with companies of similar size and scope
Other Requirements
• Technical know how of corporate directories and/or Microsoft Active Directory beneficial
• Work locations: Olten/Lausanne (travel between Olten and Lausanne required)
• 100% from May to July 2010 (+3 months as an option)
