We are looking for a technical Genesys integration expert as neutral technical instance to review the infrastructure and ensure a neutral view of the current setup and target a suitable setup for our Multichannel Contact Center solution with Genesys Solution, IT Telephony and the third party vendor. Also, one of the tasks will be to reduce knowledge dependency on a single 3rd party vendor.
Your profile
- Excellent experience about Genesys solution with deep technical knowledge
- Excellent experience in how-to integrate Genesys into large enterprise environments, including infrastructure projects as telephony system replacement
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure, but still act as part of the team
- Able to communicate technical topics to various target audiences including non-technical business representatives and senior management
- Fluent in German and English
