Beschreibung

Für unseren Kunden in der Zentralschweiz suchen wir einen "Program Manager for PSI".

For Portfolio & Solution Integration Team (PSI) we are looking for an experienced Program Manager.

In this role you will be collaborating with the Head of Portfolio & Solution Integration and his team and assume delegated tasks from them. Your responsibilities include planning, coordination and support of several initiatives and its activities. The stakeholders you are engaging with are quick thinkers and have a high level of education.

This is an excellent opportunity to support and manage a complex environment by successfully applying your Project Management, Communications and Stakeholder Management skills.


Main Tasks:
• Definition of cross- Life Cycle Team roadmap documentation concept (in collaboration with the Project management office and the corresponding departments in other business areas)
• Setting up automated data exchange with existing project data sources
• Keeping roadmap / project overviews up to date (regular follow-up with relevant stakeholders)
• Documentation concept for Portfolio & Solution Integration (Definition of best practice)
• Facilitation of meetings and workshops (e.g. team meetings, roadmap alignment meetings): Agenda, minutes, actions (incl. follow-up)
• Solution Conference: Leading process towards definition of content, program, location, facilitation, etc.
• Support as part of specific delivery projects


Work/Professional Experience

• Several years of multidisciplinary project management experience in product development projects, preferably in the diagnostic environment.

Education
• Completed studies in the field of engineering, natural sciences or business
• Project management certification (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2) is an advantage
• Fluency in English is mandatory
