Roles & Responsibilties:
-As a Data Analyst you will be responsible to provide scientific support to running BG+E operations.
-The major responsibility as a Data Analyst is to turn data into information and from information into insight and insight into business decisions in close collaboration with client's production specialists.
-Your experience, analytical approach and know-how will be crucial for identifying process improvements to ensure a stable manufacturing yield of blood gas instruments.
-He/she will be part of the process development team with +16 scientists/engineers.
-He/she will work in a dynamic environment providing process improvements for blood gas instruments.
-Responsible to acquire data from primary and secondary (internal and external) sources and maintain data warehouse.
-Responsible to provide statistical knowledge for the establishment, maintaining and continuously improving the processes in close collaboration with engineering specialists
-Responsible to identify analyse and interpret trends of patterns in complex big data sets to improve yield, quality and customer satisfaction
-Responsible to provide the data analysis and be a key participant in the manufacturing problem solving process to ensure a fact based and data driven decision making
Must have skills:
-He/She should have a passion for extracting conclusions out of big data sets and transform it into fact based decisions in an IVD production/operations environment.
-Must have good track record of strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy in big data sets
-Must have good technical skills with data models, database design, data mining and segmentation techniques and experience using statistical packages.
Soft Skills:
-Should have good ability to be proactive and take responsibility
-Must have very good communication skills in German and English.
-Must be willing to take or already took Hepatitis B vaccination.
IT Skills:
-Must have good experience working with Programming skills like R and SQL.
Nice To Have:
-Working experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Education: Minimum a BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science of Information Management
Languages: Fluent in English language and Good in German Language.
