A Swiss insurance company is looking for a Scrum Master to work for 5 program work streams, that will be setup as individual scrum teams with separate product owners and teams.Workload: 100%

Tasks:
• Responsible for Collaborating and working with global team members.
• Responsible for Managing the planning, progress reporting of the various work work streams.
• Responsible for Facilitating daily scrum meetings for multiple scrum teams.
• Responsible for Facilitating and schedule the Scrum Planning and Scrum Retrospective meetings.
• Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum teams.
• Help to product owner to make the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.
Requirements:
• Bachelor/Master degree in an IT related field or equivalent.
• Solid experience as a Scrum Master for many complex projects.
• Expert knowledge of scrum/agile project methods and a certification.
• Demonstrable experience of Scrum Management and knowledge of SDLC and various PM methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation skills and experience to conduct workshops.
• Excellent organizational, planning, stakeholder management and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication skills, highly committed, energetic, proficient, reliable.
• Experience with Jira and SharePoint.
• Experience with ServiceNow platform or similar ITSM platform is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Great analytical thinker and problem solver.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), German is a plus but not needed.
