A Swiss Private Bank is looking for an Application Specialist, who holds the deep IT know-how for Appway-based applications. The Specialist will perform daily application management tasks (e.g. re-occurring maintenance tasks, incident analysis / resolution).Workload: 100%

Tasks:
• Maintaining the IT Service or infrastructure components (Run-the-Bank), including monitoring of availability of services, improvement of system performance and availability, providing 1st and 2nd Level Support and solution maintenance in Appway Studio.
• Subject Matter Expert for Appway (Change-the-Bank), especially in the area of process migration/upgrades and coordination of deployments into Test and Production environments.
• Support the IT Service Owner and provide input for application lifecycle planning.
• Support IT Service Owner in defining and managing SLAs/OLAs for IT Services and planning / implementation of application changes.
• Write and maintain detailed documentation for the operation of the application.
• Act as overall Incidents, Requests and Defects Manager for Appway-based applications.
Requirements:
• University Degree in computer science (Uni/ETH/FH).
• Strong knowledge of Business Process Management concepts.
• Experience with Appway 6.3 & above, proficient with Appway Studio.
• Appway Certified Professional Developer is advantage and highly preferred.
• Proven expert knowledge and several years of professional experience in front-end technologies (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax, XML).
• Preferably experience in application management (lifecycle, maintenance, operation).
• Understanding of Client Relationship Management and Client Data Management systems and processes in the banking industry.
Soft Skills:
• Communication skills, negotiation skills, able to motivate people/teams, conflict resolution skills, diplomatically skilled.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, being a creative and reliable person with the ability to work under pressure, on their own initiative, self-dependent.
• Preferably highly structured, able to address options and underlying evaluation.
• German as mother tongue and a good level of English.
