Beschreibung

Salesforce CRM Business Analyst required to join a leading global end user currently deploying a new Salesforce CRM Service Cloud and Marketing solution in Europe. The role offers excellent rates and a lot of remote work during the course of the contract. Based in Southern Switzerland.

Full time role with 4 days per week onsite and 1 day remote. Initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to extend long term.

Salesforce CRM Business Analyst key deliverables;

  • Work closely with business representatives to define the CRM technology landscape to get the best technology to support growth with an ROI centric approach
  • Plan and execute the CRM technology roadmap within the overall technology framework. This may include multiple projects running in parallel
  • Contribute to design the solution to meet the business requirements and to define the architecture of integration with other systems, such as retail platforms, E-commerce platforms, Marketing automation tools
  • Communicate and collaborate with technical staff and executive and management stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and solutions
  • Ultimately deliver successfully on new application features and enhancements
  • Manage relationship with key third party suppliers both on product roadmap and on technical daily management
  • Once solutions are delivered:
    • Oversee and manage application life cycle and product functionality, ensuring at all times that the business users will take the most out of the implemented investments
    • Facilitate and propose continuous improvement within the environment
    • Promote adoption of best practices and standardized procedures across brands
    • Apply skills to respond to business challenges and technical issues with solutions and/or work arounds.

Salesforce CRM Business Analyst key skills:

  • Subject matter expert in Salesforce CRM Service cloud and Marketing cloud
  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce CRM initiatives as a Business Analyst
  • Possess strong knowledge of integration between multiple applications, E-commerce, mobile applications
  • Experience with API programming a plus
  • Should have previous hands on expertise on Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including ability to perform some configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, automated approvals and train others in performing these tasks, but will not be required to deliver configuration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a distributed and highly virtual environment
  • Good organizational skills: ability to prioritize tasks, manage parallel tasks and switch quickly from one topic to another, able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Business acumen to support business decision and work with senior business leaders
  • Self-managing and self-motivating: solving problems with limited supervision and with a high degree of success, seeking out consensus and issue resolution actively
  • Resistance to fast pace and high demand environment
  • Clear concise communication in English
